Shopping Basket

Your shopping basket contains the items you want to buy from Mill Hill Music Mart. You can add an item to your basket by clicking on the shopping cart icon next to the item you want. This will add the item and show the current contents of your basket. The first time you do this in a session you should select your delivery area, and press the 'RECALCULATE' button. This will show the total cost of the order including any postage and packing. You may also change the quantity of items you wish to buy or remove an item completely.
Further items may be added to your basket by clicking the 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' button and selecting the further items in the same manner. When you have finished making your selection(s) click on the 'GO TO PAYMENTS' button (or the 'Checkout' item on the menu bar first if you're not already in the cart screen). The following section summarises the main features of your basket.

Adding Items To Your Basket

To add further items to your basket select the 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' button.

Removing An Item And Changing Quantities In Your Basket

To remove an item from your basket enter a 0 (zero) in the quantity field and then press the 'RECALCULATE' button. To change the quantity, change the quantity field to the number of units you want of the item and press the 'RECALCULATE' button.

Completing Your Order And Checking Out

To complete your order click on the 'GO TO PAYMENTS' button (or the 'Checkout' item on the web bar first if you're not already in the cart screen), and complete the details requested.

Order Confirmation

After an order has been received we will send an e-mail confirming that the goods have been reserved. This e-mail must be responded to for the order to be confirmed.

Delivery Policy

All items ordered will be dispatched to arrive in the UK within 28 days, normally a lot less. (European (EU) orders may take longer.) The payment will not be taken until all the items ordered are ready for dispatch. An e-mail will be sent at time of dispatch to keep you informed.

Postage & Packing

Postage and packing is free for orders placed directly through the web for delivery within the normal UK network. Outside this area, and for special orders, the cost is calculated by weight.

Express delivery is also available, by arrangement, for an additional charge.

NOTE: International items may be liable to local import duties payable on delivery. It is the customers' responsibility to check these prior to placing an order.
